We collect information you provide directly when you contact us or become a client. This includes name, business name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, project briefs, brand assets and any creative materials you share with us to enable the editing work.

We also collect technical information automatically when you visit videox.media, including IP address, browser type, device characteristics, referring URLs, pages viewed and timestamps. This is collected through standard server logs and analytics tools.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries, deliver quotes and provide editing services.
• Communicate about active projects, deliverables and revisions.
• Process payments and maintain accounting records.
• Improve our website, services and marketing materials.
• Comply with legal obligations including tax and contractual record-keeping.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share your raw footage, brand assets or unreleased work with any third party other than the editors and tools required to deliver your project.

We share information only as needed to operate the business:

• With editors and contractors working on your project, under confidentiality.
• With service providers (cloud storage, email, accounting, payment processing).

We sign mutual non-disclosure agreements on request and apply additional access controls for sensitive corporate, financial or pre-launch material.

Project files, including raw footage and intermediate edits, are retained for 90 days after final delivery to support late revisions and reissues. After 90 days we delete source files unless you have requested longer retention or the contract specifies otherwise. Final delivered files are kept indefinitely so we can reissue them if you lose your copies.

Account and billing records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port or object to the processing of your personal information. We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted file transfer, access-controlled storage and least-privilege access for editors and staff. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not guarantee absolute security but we apply the controls expected of a professional video editing studio.

Videox Media operates globally and may transfer information across borders to deliver your project. Where required, we apply standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards for international data transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Last updated date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
