LuxeLiving had a premium home decor product line but virtually no social media presence. Their Instagram account had 1,200 followers and they were spending heavily on static ad campaigns with poor ROAS.
LuxeLiving Interiors had a beautifully curated DTC product line and a small but loyal Instagram audience of 1,200 followers. Static ad campaigns were burning cash without producing measurable revenue. The brand had no organic short-form presence on TikTok or Reels at a moment when their target customer was spending hours every day inside both apps.
Two attempts to outsource short-form content had failed. The first agency delivered videos that felt generic and brand-agnostic. The second matched the look but missed every platform-native trend window. In the first 90 days the TikTok account grew by 89,000 organic followers and average video views ran 40 times higher than LuxeLiving’s previous static feed performance. Several reels crossed 1 million views and drove sustained referral spikes to the website at near-zero CPM.
Social-referred website traffic increased 210 percent and monthly revenue grew 55 percent over the first quarter of the partnership. Paid social was eventually layered on top of the organic library, with the strongest organic videos becoming high-performing ad creative.
