Hartley Real Estate operates in a competitive luxury market where the average listing was sitting on the books for 47 days. Twilight exterior shots were graded to a warm-blue contrast Hartley now uses across the brand. Vertical reels were cut from the same masters for Instagram and TikTok distribution by individual agents.

Within six months, time on market for properties with our listing videos dropped 22 percent compared to the same agents’ pre-video listings. Inquiry rate per listing jumped 67 percent, and MLS plus agency website page views for video-equipped listings ran 340 percent higher than photo-only equivalents from the same period.
